Ellen Ripley by Hot Toys just got in - this was no blind buy at all and I knew what to expect. For an Alien collector this figure is a must - everyone else probably can pass this release. Unfortunately I don't like the sculpted hair and a rooted custom might be a way to get the figure more authentic. It's still possible to order her at Sideshowcollectibles.com .

After seeing the first in hand photos of the Suicide Squad Batman version of Hot Toys i got hooked and had to own this piece. I never got around buying the BvS line, so this was a good catch - although not liking the latest DC movies too much I def. admired the character concept & art direction. I can't compare it thus, but from what i head the cape is far superior and perfect for posing - which I definately can confirm. Take a look at the video review on youtube.

An unexpected but very, very good 1/6 release by Hot Toys just got in: Doctor Strange. You really get some value back on this figure: amazing headsculpt, outstanding tailoring and a great assortment of accessories. Only drawback are the loose knee joints. Yes, finally got a 1/6 Terminator Endoskeleton for my collection. It might be from the average rated Terminator: Genisys but the if you can live with the design modifcations compared to the endo from T1 / T2 then you'll be a happy owner of a superb 1/6 endoskeleton.
