Hot Toys Iron Man Midas Mark XXI 21diecast - 1/6 MMS586 D36 - photo and video review

One of the first Hot Toys Iron Man Mark VII suit variants back in 2013 was the Midas suit, the Mark XXI. Hot Toys has just released the third iteration - this time around with diecast elements and a rich golden paint application that is really striking.

Hot Toys Iron Man Blue Steel - IM 3 1/6 MMS391 - photo and video review

Just got the latest Iron Man 1/6 release by Hot Toys in my collection - Blue Steel Mark XXX / 30, a variant of the Silver Cenutrion suit. Quite a refreshing suit because of the blue and silver paintjob and the perfect companion to the Silver Centurion suit. Sculpt, articulation and overall feel is identical with Silver Centurion. Notice: there is no switch out Robert Downey Jr. headsculpt. Checkout some photos and the review.

Hot Toys Sneaky Mark 15 - Iron Man 3 1/6 MMS348 - photo & video review

Another addition for the ever growing Iron Man 3 house party protocol line by Hot Toys: this time it's Sneaky, the Mark 15 / XV which basically is highly advanced stealth suit. Hot Toys did a good job on this release and went for a total fresh sculpt without recycling parts from earlier releases.

Hot Toys Shotgun Mark XL Iron Man 3 1/6 MMS309 video and photo review

Something new from Hot Toys Iron Man 3 line - which slowly but surely seems to end soon: The Mark XL / 40 - Shotgun. A hyper-velocity suit. It's all plastic, but a great release apart from this. Super crisp sculpt work, nice battle damage features and cool light up functionality.

I went for the special edition with the miniature Mark XX Python which is a neat addition.

Today I present you the Striker suit of Hot Toys Iron man 3 line, also known as Mark XXV. A suit that is orginally designed for construction work. Hot Toys did an amazing job recreating this suit in 1/6 scale. The paint application is unbelievable! Check out some photos and a video review.

Hot Toys Iron Man 3 - Mark 42 XLIII 1/6 MMS197-D02 - video and photo review

After waiting for over a year I got my Mark 42 in Hot Toys Iron Man 3 line. The waiting time did really pay off on this one since it's pure quality. Only drawback is in my opinion the placement of the LED switch on the helmet. Other than that magnificent and definately a keeper. Enjoy some photos and my video review on this beauty.

What a clean and beautiful Iron Man suit. Check out my latest review and photos on Silver Centurion Mark XXXIII in Hot Toys 1/6 Iron Man line. Almost perfect! Only thing I don't like is the placement of the LED eyes switch and battery compartment.

This is my first power pose series figure by Hot Toys - the Mark XXXV "Red snapper" suit. I went early and bought it from Hong Kong since the promo photos looked that good. Quite impressed with the articulation on this one. More on this in the video review. First enjoy some photos.

Love that box, simple but nice! Biggest bummer is the non functional base. It may habe a battery compartment, but no light up feature. Why Hot Toys? Nobody will understand.

US and European collectors can be happy - this first Iron Man 3 release by Hot Toys seem to ship the same time to your houses like the hong kong release. If you want it now a good source is Sideshow Collectibles.

This first figure in the line is the 1/6 Tony Stark subtitled "Mark XLII autonomous prehensile propulsion test suit version" - a complicated name but in the end it matches the movie scene where Tony tests his new main suit for the movie.

You get a lot of stuff in the huge box - so lets have first a look at some photos:
